H.O.U.S.E. Equation Coaching Certification Program

By completing your purchase, you ("Participant") agree to the

following Terms & Conditions with H.O.U.S.E. Equation ("Company").

Please read carefully before enrolling.

1. ENROLLMENT & ELIGIBILITY

----------------------------------------------------------------

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved

payment plan. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.

Enrollment does not guarantee certification — certification requires

satisfactory completion of all Program requirements. The Company

reserves the right to refuse or revoke enrollment at its discretion.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is due at the time of enrollment. If a payment plan

is selected, all installments must be paid on time. Failure to make

a scheduled payment may result in suspension of access until the

account is current. In the event of a declined payment, you will

have 5 business days to resolve the issue before access is suspended.

3. REFUND POLICY

----------------------------------------------------------------

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: A full refund may be requested within

7 calendar days of enrollment, provided no more than 20% of Program

content has been accessed. After 7 days, all sales are final — no

refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued.

Payment plan participants remain obligated to complete all remaining

scheduled payments after the 7-day window. Consumed bonuses,

materials, or one-on-one sessions are non-refundable.

4. CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellations

after the 7-day window are not eligible for a refund but may qualify

for a one-time program transfer to a future cohort or another

individual, subject to availability and a transfer fee of

[insert fee]. Transfer requests must be received at least 14 days

before the Program start date.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program content — including videos, workbooks, frameworks,

scripts, and the H.O.U.S.E. Equation methodology — is the exclusive

intellectual property of the Company and is licensed for your

personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute,

sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any materials

without express written consent. Violations may result in immediate

termination of enrollment without a refund and may subject you to

legal action.

6. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To earn the H.O.U.S.E. Equation Coaching Certification, participants

must:

a) Complete 100% of required modules and coursework

b) Submit all assignments and assessments by stated deadlines

c) Participate in required coaching sessions, evaluations,

or live calls

d) Adhere to the Program's Code of Conduct

The Company reserves the right to withhold certification from any

participant who does not meet these requirements.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

Participants agree to:

- Engage respectfully with all instructors, coaches, staff,

and fellow participants

- Maintain confidentiality of other participants' shared

experiences within the Program community

- Refrain from harassing, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior

- Not use the H.O.U.S.E. Equation name, logo, or certification

in any unauthorized or misleading manner

Violations may result in immediate removal without a refund.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Program is provided "as-is." The Company makes no guarantees

regarding specific results, income, or outcomes. Individual results

will vary based on effort, experience, and other factors outside

our control.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

----------------------------------------------------------------

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be

liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the

Participant for the Program.

10. PRIVACY

----------------------------------------------------------------

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with

our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. We will not

sell or share your personal data with third parties except as

necessary to operate the Program or as required by law.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

----------------------------------------------------------------

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of

[insert state]. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith

negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding

arbitration in [insert city, state] per the rules of the American

Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
